About
Learn more about Dr. Basko and his holistic veterinarian practice. Dr.

Pet Nutrition
Dr. Basko provides guidelines and explains the advantages for feeding
your pets with home-prepared meals and diets. Dr. Basko provides lists
of ingredients that are appropriate and healthy for cats and dogs and
offers suggestions for preparing pet meals.
Herbs
Dr. Basko has partnered with Genesis Resources in the development
of a product line of herbal, mineral, and vitamin supplements for pets.
They include supplements for anxiety and stress, bone and joint support,
immune system support, urinary tract support, incontinence and more.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture therapy has been practiced for many thousands of years in
the Orient, and is still an important technique used to enhance healing
of the body. It works by balancing and moving energy within the living
body through a system of channels and acupuncture or energy points located
at specific areas. Dr. Basko is well known lecturing veterinary acupuncturist
and provides acupuncture therapy on the Islands of Oahu and Kauai to treat
arthritis, allergies, epilepsy, geriatric problems and more.
